Who is the program meant for?
Literally anyone can do the program. You don’t have to have any gym experience, or you might have been training all your life. Project lean is for the absolute beginner to the most experienced athlete.
If I’ve already done project lean, can I do it again?
Yes 100% you can. We’ve taken feedback from the last time we ran it, so it’ll be a better version, including new meal plans and new workouts.
Will I get too bulky from the exercise?
No, certainly not. Although everyone responds differently to training, nutrition is the main factor in gaining weight by being in a calorie surplus. Resistance training is necessary to give you the muscle tone and definition that most people desire.
Do I have to exercise every day?
No, you’ll be set targets for the week, so you can work it around your schedule.
Can I do it if I don’t live in Annalong/Kilkeel?
Yes, project lean can be completed fully online. You can do it from anywhere in the world!
